 Big Boulder Solutions FAQ

+ What makes Big Boulder Solutions’ approach to business different?

Have you ever had a meeting with a contractor that left you confused, frustrated, or just feeling dirty? Those experiences are why we made it our mission to do it better. Big Boulder Solutions is built on a service-first approach that leaves you feeling respected, confident, and informed about your organization’s data system needs and challenges. We give you sound advice, provide high quality services, and we will answer any questions that you ask us with the best advice that we can give. Best of all we won't ever try to sell you things that you don't need. Creating a great experience and excellent results for our customers is our top priority.

+ Do you offer a discount for non-profit organizations?

Yes. We give a 10% discount on our services to most non-profit organizations. You may need to provide proof of your non-profit status. Government organizations and most medical providers like hospitals are not eligible to receive a discount, however, charities that provide medical or dental services free of charge as their primary mission are eligible. Our goal is to provide non-profit organizations with excellent service and value, while making less of an impact on their budget so that they can put more donations toward doing positive work for our community. Our employees hand pick a few non-profit organizations each year to whom we donate services too. At this time there is no process by which an organization may apply to be chosen for our donated services.

+ Do you accept all customers?

No. Our mission is to help small businesses and non-profits build and strengthen our community for the betterment of us all. To that end, we reserve the right to deny services to organizations and individuals who wish to promote content that we deem to be obscene, hateful, or pornographic in nature. If we don't feel like an organization's mission or methods builds and strengthens our community for the betterment of us all, we will kindly ask them find another contractor that is better suited to serve their needs.

As a social enterprise we feel that it is important to share our mission and vision with the world.
